If you do not hold a current AMCA licence you may ride the championship trials but, any points you have collected throughout the championship will not be allocated towards the championship standings at the end of that season.
it is the clubs responsibility to ensure that the riders who enlist as licence holders are as they get charged different review for this from the AMCA main office.
At the end of the season the secretary (Me) will go through all the championship standing and anyone who has collected points as signing on as a licence holder, but doesn’t hold an amca licence (information provided from the AMCA head office) will be removed from the overall standings.
So in essence, if you wish to compete for the championship, join a club and obtain a licence to prevent any heartache at the end of the season.
